Heather joined our team in November 2016. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Academic Writing from Salisbury University and a Graduate Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Heather is also a licensed Life and Health Specialist.

Heather comes to us with a different but valuable type of customer service experience having worked in the Wicomico County School System for five years as an Instructional Assistant and Kindergarten Teacher. Heather is our Account Manager in the Individual Life and Health Department as well as a Licensed Life and Health Agent.
