Colleen Richardson, GBA, RPA, CEBS

Prior to joining Landmark Insurance & Financial Group, Colleen was UnitedHealthcare’s Small Business Account Manager for the Maryland Eastern Shore and Delaware. Her responsibilities included new business for groups with 1 to 99 eligible employees and renewals for groups with 51 – 99 eligible employees. Colleen’s experience includes Benefits Manager for Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Maryland, and Benefits Specialist for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority in Washington, D.C.

She received her B.S in Behavioral Science from the University of Maryland, University College. In addition, Colleen obtained her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans and Wharton School of Business. She has been a Board Member of the Eastern Shore Association of Health Underwriters (ESAHU) and the Eastern Shore Society for Human Resource Management (ESSHRM). Colleen is a licensed Life and Health insurance agent.
